Refund policy
Returns ( for purchased goods )
Our return policy lasts for 7 days for purchased goods. Unfortunately, no refunds or returns can be made for any purchases from our store beyond the period of 7 days. Sales items are not entitled to be returned or exchanged.
In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return, the product must be in a perfect condition. The product should be returned in its original packaging with its labels or tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns ( for rented goods )
Our return policy lasts for 7 days for rented goods. Unfortunately, no refunds or returns can be made for any purchases from our store beyond the period of 7 days. Deposit of rentals will be fully refunded if rented goods are returned in 7 days of rentals excluding 5% of service charge and delivery fees. Only 50% rentals deposit will be refunded if items are returned beyond 7 days of rentals excluding 5% of service charge and delivery fees. Sales items are not entitled to be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)
All returns received are subjected to quality inspection. An email will be sent to notify you of your returned product and status of refund.
Once approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment. This transactional process will require a certain amount of days. Sales items are not entitled to be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive a refund, please check your bank account or credit card company. Please understand that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All products sold on sale are not subjected to refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only limited to defective or damaged products. If you require an exchange for the same product, you can only exchange the items for the same price within 7 days of purchase, drop us an email at info@jargsports.com before you send it to our office.

Shipping

You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs of returning your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted for any refunds made, all balances will be credited accordingly. Please also submit a copy of the postage receipt.
The duration of arrival for your exchanged product may vary, depending on your location.
If you are shipping any products worth over SGD$50, please consider opting for a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not liable for any losses or damages of your returned product.
Leotard & Hair Accessories Rental:
Shall the items are not returned in a timely manner or are returned damaged; it is that JARGS will:
- Forfeit the refundable deposit for late return
- The value reflecting the damage will be deducted from the deposit
Reasonable wear to the costume is to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by tearing, burning, cutting, staining, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, or other kinds of trim. Articles that are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing when returning will be charged.
Costume rental includes laundry fee. If the items require additional cleaning there will be an additional charge. Please do not try to clean the item yourself.
You are not allowed to engage a 3rd party alteration company to amend the leotards. Failure to do so will forfeit your refundable deposit. </>
Leotards/Hair Accessories should be returned in the same condition they were rented.
Rental Period:
The first day of rental includes the day of collection. Days are calculated including weekends and Public Holidays unless otherwise arranged with JARGS.
Leotard and Hair Accessories rental will be 3 days rental, which includes the day of collection and return. Apparatus rental will be 14 days rental, which includes the day of collection and return. Additional days or late return of costumes will be chargeable of SGD$100 per leotard per day.
Overseas Rental:
Rental terms include bringing our costumes for your overseas event. We do not ship our leotards overseas for rental. Self Collection has to be done at our office. Please kindly contact JARGS +65 9657 1089 for scheduling collection & return of leotards at our office for overseas competition.
Payment/Fees:
By paying online or cash, you are paying a Returnable Deposit only to secure the rental of the costumes. This does not include the rental fees of the costumes. Rental Fees are the exact same amount as your deposit.Rental Fees are payable by online or cash.
Returnable Deposit:
The returnable deposit will be refunded when all items are returned in the same condition as they were rent. The returnable deposit will be paid back via bank transfer or cash.
The ‘Returnable Deposit’ acts as a Security deposit. It will be offset for any penalty late charges and or damage and lost item.
Cancellation/Refund:
Cancellation is only valid prior to the collection of the leotards. Cancellation can be done up to 7 days before the stipulated date of collection for a full refund of the deposit.
Any cancellation after the 7 days notice prior to the stipulated date will result in a full forfeiture in the deposit.
No collection of your leotard in the stipulated date would result in NO refund of deposit. Cancellation has to be made by contacting us via email: info@jargsports.com or phone: 9657 1089 (ENG) / 9611 7112 (CHN).
Refund of deposit is made only when your desired leotard is unavailable, and there are no alternatives for your stipulated date of collection.
Exchange:
Customers are allowed to exchange for a new leotard shall there be size discrepancies. One can exchange for leotards that are of the same price or lower, however, no additional monetary refund shall be given for the exchange to a lower range leotard. After one has collected a costume, no exchange is allowed.
Physical Discomfort:
JARGS ensures all leotards go through a thorough laundry before rental. We will not be responsible for any skin irritations, allergies, or discomfort. Customers are encouraged to come for leotard fitting 5-8 working days before collection of the leotard, please make an arrangement after paying the deposit of the leotard online.
JARGS reserved the right to change any terms and conditions at any point without prior notice. We will do the best that we can to provide the best services to our clients. Exchange Policy
All products sold are meticulously sourced and selected by gymnasts and coaches, thus we truly believe in the quality of the products and services we provide.
If the product received is not right, please make a return to us in its original condition, within 14 days, with the return authorization number (RAN).
Durability or wear-and-tear damages are not acceptable as a reason for return. Please ensure that you do not use your apparatus on any surfaces other than the Rhythmic Gymnastics mats or competition flooring.
If the wrong product has been sent, we will be liable for the shipping costs. All exchange orders will be delivered back to you on a complimentary basis (express or normal courier).
Please acquire RAN first, either via an email or phone call, before returning your products. JA RG Sports will not be held responsible for the unidentified package.
Please remember to complete the returns section of the invoice you have received with your package and ship your return package to our office.

We are not liable for any losses or damages of your returned product.
Please understand that COD or packages marked “Bill Recipient” will not be accepted. Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in cases of delayed or lost transit packages. All refunds will be for merchandise only, no refunds on shipping costs will be made unless the products was sent in error.
All customized products sold are not subjected to returns, refunds or exchanges.
Products returned without an invoice or copy of an invoice may take longer to process.
All leotards are custom made and it is customer’s responsibility to provide the accurate measurements. The “Measurement Guide” is provided, however if you don’t feel confident taking the measurements by yourself please use the help of any professional seamstress. Also, J&A RG Sports is happy to help and will answer any question and provide you with the help on how to take the measurements. J&A RG Sports will not grant a refund for the reason that the leotard “does not fit”. If you disagree with this policy please DO NOT order the leotard.
You must communicate with us for any and all special requests, such as colour and type of main material and mesh, color of rhinestones, special placing of rhinestones, type and cut of the skirt/pants, length of the sleeve. Please do not assume anything. All of your requests MUST be communicated to us BEFORE you place your order.
The leotards are custom made and thus J&A RG Sports cannot and will not grant a refund if you changed your mind or for any other reasons. If you disagree with this policy please DO NOT order the leotard.
WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED
Please contact us at (+65) 9657 1089 (ENG) / (+65) 9611 7112 (CHN) or send an email to info@jargsports.com, so that we can rectify the issue and process the correct order. We ship all exchange orders back to you on a complimentary basis (express or normal courier).
DAMAGED PRODUCTS RECEIVED
Write “DAMAGED” next to your signature at a time of delivery, save the original package and immediately notify us at (+65) 9657 1089 (ENG) (+65) 9611 7112 (CHN)
